Powder Coating
This process uses plastic particles to cover the assembled structure. The particles are baked on in an oven. There are gloss and matt finishes with a wide choice of colours. This finish is very durable, removing the need for regular maintenance.
The SecureSite Fabrication recommended powder coating process is to, shot blast then zinc spray, prior to the powder coating being applied.

Galvanising
Hot dip galvanising – this process will coat the outside & inside surfaces of an assembled structure.
The finish is suited to industrial use – some uneven surfaces can occur, these may need reworking and therefore this process is not always suited to fine, detailed work. Paint can be applied to the galvanised surface if required.
